Helpful tips for lowering high blood pressure

According to the National Institute for Health, there have been several small studies suggesting that magnesium supplementation may improve clinical outcomes in patients with disease coronarica. Best sources for Omega 3 fish are cold water fishes such as salmon, mackerel, halibut, sardines, tuna and herring. RDA of omega 3 fatty acids have not been established.
